REFERRAL SERVICE PROVIDERS:

Financial Services

We recommend sellers and/or potential buyers use the service of The Mortgage Shop Kent Ltd. A percentage fee is paid to TMS Estate Agents upon completion.

Conveyancing

We recommend sellers and/or potential buyers use the services of two different solicitors. We receive referral commission per legal completion when a client instructs one of our recommended solicitors to handle the conveyancing process on their behalf. This is included within the solicitors quote prior to instruction and is not added to the solicitor’s fees. The same conveyancing cost (or more) would be charged should a client go directly to either of our recommended solicitors.

Should you decide to use the services of Digital Move or I am property you should know that we would expect to receive a referral fee of £300 per legal completion for recommending them to you.

Should you decide to use the services of Laurus Law you should know that we would expect to receive a referral fee of £150 per legal completion for recommending them to you.

Energy Performance Certificates and Professional Marketing

We recommend sellers and/or potential buyers use the services of Sam Gibbons/The Property Particulars Company. Should you decide to use the services, we would expect to receive a £45 referral fee for each EPC conducted for recommending them to you and a percentage fee of marketing.

Estate Planning

We recommend clients to use the services of New Life Wills. We receive referral commission per selected service.

Should you decide to use the services of New Life Wills you should know that we would expect to receive a referral fee of anything between £25 to £800 depending on the service for recommending them to you.

You are not under any obligation to use the services of any of the recommended providers, though should you accept our recommendation the provider is expected to pay us the corresponding Referral Fee. The Referral Fee is separate from your obligation to pay our own fees or commission.
